This game is conceptually flawed. A competitive match 3 sounds cool, but it absolutely sucks when the outcome of a match is determined by pure RNG. Like with the mushrooms game mode for example, you could lose because you won't get any mushrooms on your turn meanwhile your opponent gets every single mushroom. This is a textbook definition of bad game design.

Changing my 5 star to 1. I have been a patron of this game played for years. Paid a good amount of money to it. When there was an issue they would fix it. So game has had a lot of crashes lately so it happens a second time the game crashes and I lose. Lost things I paid for. They refused to help me out the last time. Just said they can't. Does not matter that I have played over 12,000 games (only winning 5000). They just refused I have never done them wrong now I'm considering refund from

The only randomness is in which player goes first. If all the pieces fell onto the board randomly, as you sit here n lie about, then there would be some sort of buffering time required as your servers wouldn't be able to handle all of the workload. And if they were random, then the bots wouldn't be able to make moves seemingly terrible moves, which "just so happen" to drop match after match after match creating huge chain reactions and then ending in a extra move.
