Very unreliable app. Shows a bus that is supposed to come at 8.40, then it disappears, forces the commutet to wait for a bus for 40 minutes during rush hour. Also, sometimes the app shows ads that are not closeable. They do not disappear rven when you close the app and open again

Ali, 2024-12-03The other app I had no longer appears in Google play and hasn't been updated in awhile but it did still work but didn't have an updated Metro map. So I uninstalled that app and I'm now trying this app for awhile. It would be nice to have a widget with this app. Can that be possible in future updates? If this app Improves I'll update the stars. Giving it 3 stars for the time being. Also you need to fix the Metro rail map...the yellow line doesn't go all the way to Greenbelt.

marc gentilcore, 2024-09-21I want to love this app. WHEN it is working, it's by and large a pretty accurate app. The payment for ads is a one time payment and not a subscription. That being said, this app regularly goes through periods where it does not pull live bus data at all. Right now I can't even search for the bus route. This is a HUGE issue because that's what I imagine most users are actually downloading it for. The other large issue is the fact that the stop numbers do not line up with those posted.
