| 2024-11-18 |  | | Free and easy to use! Greatly reduced the amount of ads I saw! Doesn't work on YouTube but Google has been cracking down on things like that and have code to bypass ad blockers. Still, most of my games work well and I don't get interrupted every five minutes. I even earned a small amount of money without annoying ads! I encourage you to try it, and donate if you like it to keep these features free 💞 |
| 2024-09-06 |  | | Just downloaded yesterday! And, so far, I'm absolutely loving it! Haven't seen a single annoying spammy ad pop up on my phone, as of yet! Thanks, AdBlock VPN! Keep up the great work!!!!😁👍🏼 Edit: For some reason, the app abruptly stops blocking different ads I occasionally come into contact with on different apps. Not only that, but the DNS tracker blocker will sometimes stop working properly, until I reset it. Hence, the 4⭐️ review. Sorry, but this app just isn't as great as it used to be.😒 |
| 2024-06-15 |  | | Nice app, does what it describes for the most part, but after a while, it will disconnect for no apparent reason. I have to open the app and get it to reconnect and even after a short time it will repeat all over again. I've uninstalled it and downloaded it again only for it to do the same thing once again. I like the app, but the disconnection issue is getting tiresome. |
| 2024-05-08 |  | | Starting today the always-on VPN won't stay on. Edit 2: This adblock only works with some apps now. I see ads most of the time on banners. The popups are still always blocked, so that's a plus. This is usually a sign of a dying adblock, so I imagine I'll have to switch this one out soon, since Google and co. beats them out eventually with updating terms and services. I hope this developer stands their ground! |
| 2024-04-27 |  | | This was a great app when i first downloaded it. It blocked ads on every app except YouTube. It no longer blocks any ads as far as I can tell. The developer claims there are some ads that are allowed, but that completely defeats the apps usefulness. I received a reply from the developer that I would need to reinstall the app. I have. And I update it every time an update is available. But more and more ads go unblocked. It's obvious that the app no longer works. |
| 2024-03-23 |  | | I now got a new problem with the app It is now not even blocking ads anymore I tried turning it off and on, uninstalling then reinstalling, even tried going to the source. Nothing i tried fixed the problem. That kinda defeats the purpose of having an adblock. Though it does still block ads but only in a few places. I mean i am getting ads on twitch again with it on. Hoping this problem gets resolved soon. |
| 2024-02-28 |  | | This used to work really well, blocked most, if not all ads but YouTube, but as of late I've had to uninstall it, and reinstall it just for it to work. This didn't happen nearly as often but now it's nearly daily. Edit* still having too delete and redownload the app for it to work nearly 3 months later Edit: Several months later, still having the same problem |
| 2023-11-07 |  | | This saved me from so much frustrated hairpulling! Normally, I don't mind watching ads to support developers. Lately, the ads in the games I've been playing have been freezing & forcing me to close the app or the ad outright crashes the app entirely. It's made playing some games virtually impossible. This app, on the simplist settings, managed to fix this and I'm back to having a relaxing and fun time. Thanks so much! |
| 2023-09-15 |  | | This app is a MUST HAVE for anyone with a smart phone. Almost every app I use is constantly pushing ads on me. The most annoying ads are the ones that pop up unexpectedly and cover the whole screen. Now that these ads are blocked, not only can I work without distractions, but my phone runs a lot faster. For the first time ever, using my phone is actually an enjoyable experience. |
| 2023-08-31 |  | | Update 8/31/2023: well it hasn't crashed for a few days. So that's good. It is helpful (if it doesn't crash). Update 8/20/2023: wow after an update now it's even worse, keeps crashing. Previous: Used to be good but recently it started crashing frequently, and ads come pouring through where it had blocked them. Note developer asks if I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. YES I have been doing that, at least 3 times recently. App will work OK for a while after reinstall, then crash again. |
