Alan Frame		 Terrible, I downloaded and installed on Samsung galaxy note 10 lite now will not let me back in, WILL NOT ACCEPT PASSWORD I need to delete and cancel before subscription kicks in PLEASE HELP.

Neil Howton		 Beware of using this password manager. If anything happens to corrupt the data their is no recovery unless you have syncd it with another device which I had done but that device is now broken. Lost loads of my passwords and Fsecure say their is no recovery and no explanation as to why my passwords disappeared on the active device I am using.

Gerald Pierre		 Poor experience. does not recognise when trying to log in to an app. ...adding to my previous review: hard to export and change to a working password manager! Export file is in a .fsk format.. In summary, it does not work properly, lacks functionality (passwordless as an example, yubico integration etc. etc.) Come on F-Secure, you can do better - same for F-Secure Total.

IBRAHIM MENE		 I have down loaded and been using ID protect with the f-secure password manager for several years, with out any problems , until just recently ,I purchased a new device for my daughter. unfortunately she has not been able to log into her f-secure ID protect app on her New android phone. every time she tries to log in she gets a message , No licence with a red X in the message. Unfortunately it defeats the objective as It can not be used although I paid for the f-secure total package.

Are Sannes		 One of my favourite apps! Would only enlarge the + sign and place it bottom right in the Vault to more easily add more passwords. Additionally I would like to see the copy to clipboard option be available while generating a new password so I don't have to go in and out of editing while registering new login info and updating the password simultaneously.

Martin K		 Does not work well on websites. When a password form is focused, prompt to unlock ID protection appears but after unlocking, it usually just goes back to offering unlocking the app, instead of filling out the credentials. Makes it much less usable if I need to copy paste everything.

René Westbroek		 Generally pleased with the app. Android update on my Samsung Galaxy S20, caused some initial issues that the app no longer starts up during some days. Quick response from development team to sort things out. At that time however the start problem no longer existed. App functions as should again.

E Ghariq		 Very disappointing, expensive! F-Secure Key was an excellent password manager app with a modest price. Suddenly it was discontinued and users are forced to use this one, which is basically the same app with additional features no one wants and uses. And of course 250% price increase! And the fact that the license fee users payed for Key is non-refundable. The same shake down tactics spammers use!

Jaakko Siltanen		 Doesn't seem to work with any app. On the plus side it does keep your passwords safe. I regret choosing and paying for this after wanting to move away from LastPass. FYI the Mac app sucks as well. Update: Now without any reason the addon for Chrome stopped working and needs to be enabled again. I'm done. I'm now manually copy-pasting usernames and passwords from the app. And definitely NOT renewing my subscription.

Si Freddie Hatfield		 Already using Key and got the alert about it being replaced, installed this product and then logged in using my Key ID and pwd but it is telling me I don't have any licenses available to install ID PROTECTION with no option to do anything further, bit of a letdown compared to the original product
