| 2024-11-19 |  | | Couldn't even try for 1 minute! Didn't even show server list it seems like it's blocked where I live so I connected to another vpn to see the app where it said trial expired! How! I didn't find protocols options or something advanced! Doesn't seem effective at all |
| 2024-11-03 |  | | Extremely poor customer service. DO NOT BUY THROUGH GOOGLE. If you purchase through Google you will only be able to use the subscription on an android device and not your laptop. If you purchase on their site, then you can use it across multiple platforms. Absolute rip off and scam if you ask me. Catching people out and having to pay double! Disgusting customer service. Great shame because the app works really well, just let down by this. Also, it is cheaper through the site just for the VPN. |

| 2024-09-01 |  | | I had this vpn on my devices then I subscribed again via the goolge playstore and there isn't any way for it to work on my MAC anymore. Before i gave it 4 stars but now this is a big problem. I'm unsure what its purpose is if I can only use it on my phone. There's isn't a product key and I'm not getting help! |
| 2023-07-21 |  | | For many years Freedome was for me a synonymous of working stability. Unfortunately, situation has changed for a few last weeks. The app still works, and I hope still protects. However, it slows-down my cellular Internet connection badly, like never before. With really honest sorrow I have to stop using it for now. I will try again in few months. Maybe, than they will repair it... (?) |
| 2023-04-30 |  | | Multi platform subscription is useless. Works on original device only. Very frustrating. Fails to log in on other devices that already have the freedome app installed. You never get a product key which would solve a lot of issues. I have used freedome for years and have always had a good experience. Not sure what is going on now. Very disappointed. |
| 2023-03-08 |  | | Edit : Have been using Freedome for years on all of my devices with no issues but recently the connection seems to become unstable the longer I'm connected causing apps to stop working, notifications to be delayed and having to either disable it completely or try reconnecting. Please can this be fixed as I would like to remain a subscriber. Always use the UK server so possibly this is the cause of the problem. Perfect. Privacy and security in one. Wouldn't be without it. |
| 2023-02-04 |  | | I'm not sure what's happened to this service. I've had it for a few years and it has always just done it's thing in the background and not caused any issues. Recently, however, it has started randomly turning itself off. When it is on it only works well for a while (usually a few hours) before the connection becomes so slow that it is unusable and I have to disconnect and reconnect. If I'm not actively using the phone this results in messages and emails not coming through. |
| 2023-01-17 |  | | Money back? For a few years already, there are often location (server) errors where we need to switch to another other location. More recent (lost few month) are connection errors where you need to switch off freedom in the app and switch it on again to get a working connection (up to 50 times a day) , disconnecting/connecting wifi/mobile doesn't help, discon/connecting VPN from phone settings doesn't help. And now the App security function is gone as well. What is the point of using Freedom?? |
| 2022-12-12 |  | | Post Android XIII: 'Always On VPN/Block Connections not using VPN' cause my phone to remain offline and unusable save PAN connections. I've cleared app and OS cache, and removed/added VPN profile to no avail. Is a fix in the works/realistic? I will keep five star rating because the product has worked well for me for many years on Android as well as PC and laptop. |
