Great app for barbershops and other professionals. I chose this over other appointment apps like booksy or square and have no regrets choosing Fresha. Its truely all in one. I've had issues here and there, but staff have always been quick to respond.

Very good app with good UI. Only suggestion is to make sale module faster while searching services while adding to cart. May be caching can work here.

I've been using Fresha as an appointment booking platform for my nail business for at least 8 years, possibly 10! I enabled the card processing feature about 4 years ago and I'm loving all of it. The clients love it too! From the appointment reminders to the thank-you email, Fresha keeps things prompt and professional. I also love that I have a representative that I can just text anytime I have an issue. We usually can resolve it the same day. Thank you Fresha!

Amazing app. Can we have the option to send appointment reminders via WhatsApp as well because here in South Africa, WhatsApp is more popular and affordable than SMS and just easier for communication. Every business has a Whatsapp number.

I used to love this app. Been using it almost 5 years. But lately my appointments have gone missing, my repeat appointment don't repeat or are missing. I don't have time to keep checking up a system that's supposed to be update. I'd hate to have to change to a new booking platform because of this.

Can we please stop updating the software every week? Everything is constantly moving and now I can no longer edit my day straight from the calendar! Even on computer I have to click through extra steps to change the hours on a specific day. I don't want to go to team just to make small changes!

EDIT 10/24 New change is horrible. I need to be able to edit a shift easily. From the Week View, I used to be able to tap on the day and easily edit the hours of a shift. Now, clicking on the day brings you to the Day View and theres no way to edit the shify easily from there. Please bring back the old way. Edit: no more freezing. Thanks for the update! the app freezes a lot! Like, a lot. It used to be a good app, very functional. But in recent months, I can only do one or two
