I'm listening to my music and the screen notifier pops up asking me to unlock my microphone so that my music can play? but my music is already playing. Other times, it's asking me to unlock it for no reason, or asking for permissions or something erelvent to what's happening at the moment. |

Difficult to really tell how well it blocks, but so far so good. My complaint is that the configuration options and settings are not very intuitively understandable. Some apps can be exempt (like any app that might listen to you all of the time and record everything, then offer an advertisement for something you talked about in the house but never mentioned "on-line). But I digress. Honestly, this app can even simply make some or all apps available to the phone for a set time (like 1 minute). I love it. |

I've had it installed on this phone for at least 1 year and half (Galaxy 9) and since the last update it has not worked like it used to. Also, the widget sometimes displays as unblocked and then I have to enter the app to manually block again. Also, what is AdMob? Not cool! Lastly, some apps, like call blocker, disable the mic blocker! Please fix. |
| 2020-11-27 |  | | good app, i wish they'd fix the widget (it will show as "unblocked" over time) using this alongside frenzy coders other app "microphone blocker" (where that apps widget works normally) is frustrating because you can use the one click microphone unblock, but since this apps widget doesn't work right you have to open the full app to see its true status. 3 stars for that flaw, otherwise 5 stars. |

I tried the free versions for awhile and opted for the paid versions. There is no outside avertising that I recall. Well worth the small fee for the upgrade to block and unblock with one stroke. I can say "Hey Google" without Google Assistant popping up, so the phone is no longer always listening, which is a relief. CONS: It's buggy! Whenever blocking is on and I take a photo or make a voice memo recording, there is always a 50% chance that doing so will result in a "Microphone Blocker has Stopped Working" popup. They really want us to spend money on this, and I'd like to, but first the app just needs more work. |

I only found out after having a conversation about houses and got several home buying advertisements within minutes so I tested the app and it didn't work; I felt so violated! I've also tried every combination of settings, changing it to strong blocking as well as the other settings between standard/default, but nothing will work now. Please fix!! |

I frequently find that the app has closed on its own and I am unprotected. My phone's quick camera feature fails often even though it's whitelisted. Sometimes the app says I'm protected even when I'm not. And sometimes the opposite. I recommend looking for something else. |

Add programs to whitelist for use or add them to notification area to turn on by notification tap, then can have them disable again after time interval. Or single tap notification area to turn off or on microphone blocker. Their Camera Blocker is also the best and works the same, many features. I found it better then Camera blocker 2019. Will tell more in review of Camera Blocker put out by this company. Thanks for 2 wonderful products. Using S8 plus. |
