| 2024-11-29 |  | | I love this app so much, its easy, and extreamly useful when you need money. However, i do have some issues. Most offers take a long time to receive an award when completed, and 50 percent of the time, you never recieve the award. Plus, customer service takes a very long time to get back to you (i've been waiting for a week on a offer's task i completed) and not all games track, so overall the app is very well, but could use some updates to fix the problems. |

When I click the link to verify, it won't allow me to move forward and says that the session is old and expired. Even for something like a gift card. Shame. Update: My account is now frozen even though I haven't done anything since the last time when I posted having problems, so I've bumped it down to one star. |

It's advertised a certain way, I meet the conditions, and nothing. I'm tired of wasting so much of my time and not getting what was advertised. I spent money on a couple games to get a higher reward and got screwed out of that. This has apparently been an issue for a while, so clearly, there's no interest in making improvements. Lame. |
| 2024-11-24 |  | | 4.5 it's got a lot of games to choose from and they potentially have high payouts but you have to complete massive amounts of levels or reach a certain number of whatever it may be in a short window of time to get paid big bucks. they aren't impossible to do but some are kinda ridiculous for the pay. but it's a good way to make some decent extra money just playing around doing non physical labor. cheers! |
| 2024-11-23 |  | | Mixed experiences with this app. The games are fun and easy to use, and I personally haven't had an issue with the tracking or getting credits from completed tasks, but can not get my withdrawal to go through no matter what I do. I keep getting the same "sorry, facial recognition failed" message, and even though I have jumped through all the hoops to fix the issue, nothing had helped. I tried contacting support, got lead in circles landing back at the start, now my account is frozen. |

I am also leaving this review because I tried to reach out to support and was on hold for an hour with absolutely no help. If this problem is resolved I will change this review because again, overall I think the app is fine. Absolutely NO customer support though! |

You need like $70 or $75 to cash out for the first time. I was at $65 and "coincidentally" I was logged out of freecash and when I log back in, it just freezes and goes back to the sign up page. I can't even use support because you have to sign in to access it. |

How convenient for them right. Thanks for nothing. Plus it didn't give me credit for one of the games and I actually put time into it and got over level 100 but nothing from freecash. What a waste of time. |

It is trying to force me to sign up, but then says my email is in use. Yes. It's my email. I can't contact support because it says I need to login but it won't let me. I deleted app & reinstalled & it is the same issue. Again. |
| 2024-11-21 |  | | You can't withdraw funds until you reach $20. I reached the amount, withdrew my money, and had problems with verification, then my account was frozen, claiming TOS violation. I finally got verification completed and they wouldn't let me withdraw $20. I could only take out $10 to PayPal with a 5% fee. Apparently, they slap on a withdrawal timeframe for partial funding because of timed tasks. Btw: Decent money tasks have ridiculous requirements. The only positive: I got the $10 in PayPal quickly. |
