They're scam artists, I double paid for a Battle Pass - purchased in-app and mistakenly purchased it again from the web store - and tried for days to get it refunded or applied to the next Battle Pass as I had received no compensation. I was essentially told "oops eat dirt" and my ticket was closed. If the web store was properly connected to the game, the offer wouldn't have shown as the Battle Pass was already purchased in-app. $camely. Going to the BBB too. |

Have tried to play the game multiple times and it still closes on its own. The only thing you have told me is to check my network connection. 5g at over 200 mbps and still closes on its own. No longer worth the headache. |

Stupid low drop rates on every single needed item, it's like the game purposely and automatically blocks you from getting things you need. You'll be stuck needing one last piece that will not drop at in the game nodes, orbs and it won't show up in the stores either, for months. You'll just constantly find yourself stuck, all the time. At every point. |

The new characters are above and beyond your other characters that you spent months building. One day you have the toughest teams on the board and then they'll add an update and that team becomes the bottom of the barrel and you start all over again. I've played since the first few months SF came out and it's just not worth it these days. |

Love the lore and comic accurate parts as well as the new stuff. The different game modes are engaging. The level system is well structured (PVE, PVP), and the pay to win side isn't too heavily relied upon, at least not at my current level (60). However, as much as I love this game, it keeps crashing on me every 15 minutes or so. Other than that, it's a solid game. |

Logging in daily and checking the website daily offers a huge amount of free items/characters. Lots of events making unlocking your favorite characters without paying fun and free. Constant content updates with lots of different modes. If you love Marvel you'll love this game. I've been playing for around 8months completely free and have 80% of the characters unlocked. |
| 2024-11-20 |  | | I've been playing this game since it released in 2018. And it's gameplay is the only thing that is semi okay. Still stupid. I have opened over 10,000 event orbs on every event since the beginning. And only once have I gotten an instant new character. Which is only 100 pieces of character. It took 6 years this year to finally get one special event character. (100 piece). It costs about 1000 plus the red stars . And diamonds to get a max character. It's absurdly stupid. |
| 2024-11-20 |  | | It crashes, has glitches, you have to back outta the game at times just to get into Battle World but it also has cheaters, I've played against players that have lower power up to almost twice less than what I have but somehow they still end up beating me, How is that even possible? The game just don't seem fair. With all this going on, in my opinion you all weren't ready to launch the game. This game doesn't even deserve one star. |
