This app is very comprehensive and easy to use. Although it's listed specifically for diabetes, it works fantastic as just a food log (you can turn the diabetes tracker off if you don't need it). There are a lot of options for entering food quantities: cups, grams, ounces, ml, even the count (e.g. "number of blueberries") for some foods. There are still many other functions I haven't explored yet, but it's easily been worth the purchase so far.

So grateful to have found this app after finding out I am at risk for type 2. Just plug in your exercise and everything you eat. It tells you how many carbs, calories, and how much fat you have eaten for the day and lets you set targets to stay under. It even tells you your vitamins levels! Set water reminders and goals, keep track of blood sugar. Invaluable in my opinion. Thank you so much for developing this app!

Way too much. If you're OCD and record every detail of every portion of every every ingredient in your meals and every dose of every medication you take, you'll love this app. If you are like me, and prefer to create one simple entry, such as "lunch", and put the details of the meal in the notes, you'll be annoyed with it but you'll be able to do it. But beware. The interface changes drastically on some updates. And the most recent update wiped out all of my historical male and medication notes.
