The goggles pair with the phone but the app won't register the goggles because it won't let me subscribe. Tried re-installation. What a waste of time and money. Also terrible model of subscription. These goggles are a just another scam product pushed by YouTube influencers. |

I find this unacceptable and will be returning the goggles. In addition I have sent two emails asking a question and neither have been replied too. Very poor. |

Shop Pay loads indefinitely and never gets anywhere, Google Pay displays an error that it needs to be paid in a browser, even though you're using an app, and PayPal doesn't fill in credit card information, and when you switch screens to get your information, you have to start all over again. Did they even test this at all? Completely unacceptable! |

| 2024-05-01 |  | | Lots of bugs in the app (even after speaking with customer service) There is an endless loop telling you to fit your goggles which interrupts your use of the app. It also can't sync with Strava due to some sort of server error, and it has no native ability to sync with Garmin. It's your only way to access the goggles, and my second set of goggles works (first pair had to be returned), so I guess I will upgrade it to 2 stars. |

Real-time feedback on times and heart rates (with polar OH1+ sensor on goggle strap) is great. The ability to easily build your own sessions in the app and transfer them to the goggles is fantastic, and the process is surprisingly straightforward. Definitely a fan! |
