I want to love this app, really. But, it works whenever it wants to and it's usually when I don't need it but when I do need it then it doesn't work. I bought my explorer 5 days ago and the app has only updated twice and worked twice since. No update needed and I've checked youtube and tik tok for info and soooo many others are experiencing the same. Please fix the issue.

app and sync 3 refuses to connect to my android even when USB connects and charges! Truck sits outside for 2 hours, battery saver mode, no remote start. Use key no struggle at all starts easy. Test battery at dealer, like new. This app is garbage. Ford has become garbage. Don't buy their vehicles unless you really like frustration.

I'm changing my review from a 5 star a 1 star. It's that drastic. I used to use the app to start my car so it warmed up or cooled down before i got in and find it if I forgot where I parked. Really handy stuff. Definitely earned it's five stars. Now it's full of glitches and unusable. Unbelievably frustrating. No idea how the quality fell so far so fast.
