It is a major inconvenience when i was queuing to pay only to discover that i have been locked out. And there was a customer wating at the back hence i had to forgo loading my points. Please make your apps more user frenly. You are not banking apps where the security is a major concern. This is common sense. People wont compliment you for making your apps too secure. | |
