2024-07-30 | Nicole Bariguez | When will you have an update for Android ver? iOS works finely, PC version works great, but the android version is so slow!!! It doesn't even load a message!!! I see that this has been an ongoing issue. You've been great with updates on the PC version, but how about the android version???
2024-07-14 | David Porter | It's gotten impossible to load attachments to text messages even though the app has full permissions...
2024-01-26 | Paul Volk | Garbage, complete garbage. Can't find things where they should be. Have to tap multiple links for no good reason to get to something, CANT attach file to email. Joke Update. Logs you out constantly when clicking new lead notifications causing u to potentially lose deals. If you're driving on a highway have fun logging back in. Notifications a random, i get them whenever the app decides to send them.
2023-02-13 | A Google user | Update: STILL HAVING NOTIFICATION ISSUES for Texts. The CRM itself is great, but their Android app is @$$. Constantly misses text notifications. This has been an ONGOING ISSUE and they can't seem to fix it. I have to make it a habit to check the app to make sure I didn't miss any new text messages. Such a shame.
2022-08-29 | Sonya F Moore | I have used this tool for almost a year. I have no problem. Get my contacts just fine. Send text messages, leave notes and emails. The only concern is the leads. When you click to get lead it's gone that fast. Not sure if it goes to the top agents first🤷🏾♀️ I have an android.
2022-05-17 | Ayanna McKinnon | Not for androids. I continue to have glitches and loading issues. When texting via the app or updating contacts. CONTINUES to have problems. If it wasn't a required crm with ny brokerage I wouldn't use it. Update: still dissatisfied with this apps performance and glitches. It seems they did not develop it to work seamlessly with androids. I have a new Samsung s22 ultra and it still glitches. I also do not like that the tasks are not updated first thing in the morning by date.
2022-01-27 | Andrew Callion | Really, REALLY bad. The android version of this app is an absolute mess. Tons and tons of useless alerts about unclaimed leads. You can't sort clients/contacts - they're listed chronologically or by a "stage" label- AND THAT'S IT. The calendar only displays as a list, not as an actual calendar - zero customizability. The "settings" page has two settings. Email templates cannot be modified. You might think this app was still in Beta - it's not😵
2021-09-06 | Jawaad Ahmad | Android app is definitely lacking. Need to spend extra effort setting up lists on the desktop before I see the identical records in the app. Also not able to see or playback conversation recordings for several records that I see on the desktop, and no way to know which recordings are short (under 1-2 min) vs. longer conversations.
2021-04-10 | Kelly Van Nevel | Great to keep organized with all your clients information. The desktop version is better but the mobile app works if you're in a tight spot while you're on the road.
2021-03-15 | Tamera Veek | It has been a week since I reached out for support and I haven't received any. I was completely dropped off the platform, lost all my contacts, have tried and tried to uninstall and reload. When I turn it on, it swipes by rapidly and when I try to turn it off, it takes over my phone. You want me to upload the app so I can finish my profile on my computer, but I can't. I would never invest in this, it is through my office until I get my own. |
