I'm guessing that from the previous reviews; this app had some bug issues that have been resolved. I like this app, it is extremely simple to use and everything is organized. The only complaint I have is that it requires location permission to load; once app loads, you can remove location and it still works. You don't need location, Bluetooth alone is fine.

So their customer service sucks cause their email automatically rejects incoming emails, and like another review we've read, our app has been stuck in checking for software update screen anytime try using the app for over a month, also really do not like how they took away the recalibrate atomizer feature from the app and device second to last update. We've been a long time customer since the og Carta and had the Carta V2 since they dropped and been pretty happy overall, except for the app

For me the app seems to work just fine. But there are two things i wish were a bit different. I think that I should be able to add friends so the we could compare the leaderboard. Also i think changing the device screen saver should be a little more user friendly. I was able to figure it out but it took a while and i had to watch someone online show how to do it.
