I am exploring values to discover my core ones & to build a business. This app was recommended to me. I purchased the extended version to dive deeper and to have access to the sorting tools. Sadly, this app has been a waste of my time and money. The additional values words & phrases appear only to be multiple synonyms for the originals. The built-in AI could not sort my choices & I could not download them. I tried restarting in case it was a fluke, with the same result. Money back?
Paid for premium, but the premium functions (AI grouping) didn't work. The developed did respond quickly to my help request, suggesting I try again later when the servers were less busy. I did, several different times. Still didn't work. Don't make it a paid service if it's not functioning. The app itself has some issues too. Many of the values are so similar it doesn't really pay to sort through 500 of them. Others are not really values, nor linked significantly to any value.
