I had the security cameras for 6 mo., often can't connect to wifi, when call in, average 8 to10 calls min. each rep. will tell u a different way to reset, and could NEVER get the issues fixed, their app can't do sh*&.This is not a US based company, no English rep., all the Chinese reps. don't speak English, poor quality products, technical support is worse!! tried to cancel service cause the camera not working, there $350 termination fee! DON'T USE THEIR SERVICE!
