| 2024-11-05 |  | | The whole reason I got this was to work with my class that uses Blackboard to keep track of things. But Ucertify is not compatible with Blackboard on mobile devices. Als the genral look and feel of the app and site are different to the point that they feel like different programs all together. Yes, the app works to the bare minimum, but that's it. |

The videos are unwatchable as the app plays the audio both from the video and the page. You have to press hard on the screen to do any activity. Support tickets disappear when submitted (tracking is supposed to be available) Listening to the material will not mark the section as read. When clicking on the school's blackboard link, I get an error message stating null check operator on a null value. It works fine on a laptop/desktop version, but when trying to work on your phone, it's not an option now. |

If I have the app open and click the "lock" button on my phone, it doesn't actually lock. Those are the 2 major bugs I found. When it does work and I can actually scroll, it's good |

Forced to use ucertify for 2 years through my college and can say it's some of the worst designed courses and software. I've complained to my school about it but they still choose to use it. You have to view lessons on a windows computer as the android app barely works. Don't even download this app. |

The app UI is very intuitive and the content is to the point. I appreciate the text to voice feature while I'm able to listen at work, but it needs improvement in quality and rate of speech. The big gripe is its inability to distinguish between VMware / VMWare (for example) even when it doesn't specify spelling is graded. |
| 2021-09-29 |  | | Guess they fixed my issue and somehow removed my previous review. Really quick response from their support team though. Only playback issue now is that the screen doesn't sleep after a video stops, and there's no auto play to continue to the next video, even on the Videos tab. Also videos don't go true full screen in landscape unless you hit the button, and don't exit full screen when returning to portrait, but that's a minor preference. I'm still thrilled by their quick response. Solid app! |
| 2021-07-11 |  | | Great way to read "on the go". My book opens again after the latest update and a storage reset, [BUG: it never finishes refreshing course info on first use]. It now has a "Continue where you left off" button (thanks to the devs for the prompt FR update!), though I'm not sure that it does anything as the color coding is the same whether it's selected or not. HOLs are a bit difficult to do on a mobile phone screen, but still useful. The dark mode button in settings is great for nighttime reading. |
| 2021-06-12 |  | | Nothing in my courses will sync from the app. It always pulls progress from online and removes any progress I made on the app. I've had to redo quizzes and test because of this. I've tried logging out and back in, syncing after each item I complete, and every time it just pulls the last known progress I did from my web browser deleting anything I just did on the app. Extremely frustrating. Still not working two weeks later. Still really frustrating. Can't recommend. Just do work on a browser. |
