On top of that, there are multiple delays as well. Sometimes as late as 3 days! Neither they respond from their side nor have they created any customer friendly redressal mechanism. You just can't find any way to talk to their CS on call. Utterly disappointed! Never using this app again! | |

This has been the case for two months now. I contacted customer care, but they simply advised me to tap the 'Notify Me' button, promising I'd receive a notification when the products become available. They don't even come close to delivering a decent listening experience. The earbuds are uncomfortable and poorly designed, making them difficult to wear for long periods. Today is 26th and the order is still not delivered. It is not even out for delivery. When I am trying to cancel they are charging 50 rs cancellation fees! What is this scam??? 2024-11-24 | bhagwati b | Other than adding platform fee Flipkart has added annoying feature it has started adding unnecessary things like Sony LIV and gana to your delivery list and when you return one of the items these items which are delivered free of cost also get returned. Then while calculating the average number of returns per customer it seems it is counting these items which were delivered free also. And den charging 50 rupees for an item that you want to return. The page goes back to the top of the page instead of the product you were looking at and clicked. This is especially prevalent in wishlist. The wishlist also really requires filtering features like those which myntra introduced beautifully. Since it was an openbox delivery the are not accepting my return. The product had 12 different parts and had to be assembled. During assembly only i found about missing part. They deliver it in a hurry without showing anything properly. Now i am stuck with a useless product without parts. Very bad service. | |

Tried reinstalling several times ,but the issue persists. Looking forward to speedy redressal, I have been shopping from flipkart for over 4 years ,expecting quick response for your valued customer.
