I first downloaded the app and went through the first initial survey. i then finished another survey to completion, however all 4 surveys i started directly after i completed my second survey either timed out before completion or i was screened out without any compensation for the time spent on them. Another concern is there isn't enough option for some surveys such as "title of employment" as my line of work is not. |

Ridiculous, getting my time and my information without giving me my promised rewards. Sure it may be not exactly guaranteed, but 10+ surveys have screened me out in a row after I put way more time than I need to, which is an absolute waste of time, regarding the fact it gives me surveys that take 10+ minutes. Absolutely disappointing. Not what I installed it for. |

Once you get to the last couple they only match you with really picky ones that are like too long and consistently screen you out no matter what you do. It's a total scam, they make money off of your clicks and it's crazy that they'd expect any one to be ok with $1 on a 45 minute survey. You could 2/3 of the way through one and get screened out for no reason. |

I have spent anywhere from 15 to 20 minutes on several surveys only to get screened out after that amount of time. It is very frustrating. You could give up to a nickle for each screen out and it make it even better. |
| 2024-11-22 |  | | I've taken 8 surveys. 3 I was awarded for. Two I was disqualified from. 3 that the survey page said thank you for completing the survey but the app says timed out. I've only had this app installed for an hour and it almost has a 40% track record of not rewarding completed surveys. I hate leaving bad reviews but if your app doesn't do what it's supposed to then it's just waisting people's time. Time that you're barely paying for in the first place. |

Idk what kind of games you guys are playing but I have done more then 6 surveys made it to the end it even said congratulations then was about to give me my credit but NO instead a screen pops up saying screen timed out which is 100% BS I did the surveys fair and square and got completely robbed of my credit 6 different times!!!!!! |

Also, I finished 2 of the surveys and then tried another, only to be screened out for giving my honest answer. Ik some people like the app, but I'm starting to get annoyed with it bc of all the times it's screened me out for being honest. For those who had a similar issue, try using Survey Junkie it rewards you for your time even if you don't qualify, you're welcome, btw. |
| 2024-11-19 |  | | The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars instead of just 1 is because they DO payout quickly. Doesn't compensate for "screen out". For every 10 surveys, only one isn't screened out. Just did (and completed) several surveys, only to have each one refresh, then complete hat one and it screens out....AND didn't even get rewarded for the ones I did complete but wasn't compensated because of a broken system. Should easily have had at least $15 in queue in just the past 3 hours |
| 2024-11-18 |  | | Pretty good. Definitely the best payout I've experienced between the various sites and apps, but unfortunately if you're disabled you'll get screened out of a lot. After filtering out questions I'm unable to answer due to work status, I now get very few surveys and even fewer that I'm accepted after screening, sometimes even after 10 or so minutes of the process. It would be nice to be able to adjust the filters too instead of permanent removal in the event a situation changes. |

And its really frustrating when you're 10 minutes or more into a survey and then it screens you out. You waste all that time for nothing. I just did one and it looks like i completed it the last question seemed like an end question then it screened me out and i got nothing. Doesnt make any sense to me. |
