I have recently gotten into yoga, and this app caught my eye. I really like the different options in the free version. What I don't like is that I can't see the previous workouts I've done and I can't save as favorites. Maybe I would have those options if I paid for the subscription, but I prefer not to pay for an app I don't know I'll like.

I just got this app and did the begginer and flow routines. There is one very annoying issue which is the fact that they skip some exercises for the other side - you do the left and then it moves on without doing the right side. Also, the flow is not really a flow.. the poses are not well enough thought out so that they flow naturally from one to the next. It can use some improvement but overall the look and feel are not too bad.

I just did my second Yoga and first Yoga with this app, and I feel amazing... I really do feel amazing especially since I'm currently recovering from a work/stress induced lower back injury. Great app, easy to use and navigate, detailed, and I love the music too. I feel stretched and relaxed after just one session. However, it doesn't tell us about the inhale and exhale part of yoga which I feel is an important part. Please improve on that. Thank you.

I love this app. No issues at all. Great classes to suit all levels. The best yoga app out there. I've been using this app since February and have not experienced and issues. Videos are professional, easy to understand soothing voices and with the Gold membership a ton of extra s. Worth every dime!

So far so good, I've been searching so long and this one is great a lot of options for different exercises to do from easy to more complex... the best so far for me. It also does have some nice music to help you relax with your exercises, i really do enjoy the different exercises it does have in it, being a chronic pain sufferer its hard to find exercises my body will take... These are definitely good for me.

I fond that this is not a good match for absolute beginners, unfortunately. The impersonal, computer-generated voice and the fact you need to check which stretches are included in a session, then check how to do each stretch before starting, makes it a poor introduction to yoga. I've since switched to Yoga With Kassandra on YouTube and the difference is phenomenal - everything is properly explained the entire way through and the sessions are specifically designed to be beginner-friendly.

Not ideal for beginners to yoga. The app was simple to use and the music fit the workouts well. There was no transition between poses, no guidance on how to do the poses aside from a graphic (which means you need to keep checking your phone instead of allowing an even flow between poses). If you know the poses and how to transition well between them this is a decent supplement, but not good for people who havent done yoga before.

This app has been so helpful to me! It is very user friendly and explains ahead of time what is coming next. It shows good examples of the exercise. I am a beginner in my late 40's, overweight and out of shape and I feel I am able to do all of the exercises! This app also allows you to change the times in between and set reminders, etc. Thank you for sharing this app for free!

Love this app!!!!! I've been trying to find a yoga app for beginners for a while and have gone through several apps before only to find that they push you through a workout when you haven't quite practiced the poses. I have found the instructions of poses and movement are better with this app than what I've tried before. I do this every day. A nice and easy way to grasp the comcept of yoga.

Yoga Workout is an app where you can do and track your yoga. This app has lots of different yoga workouts that you can choose from. It has very few adds and will improve your body skills. It is also free and stress relieving. Personally I think that yoga workout is great and really enjoyable. It also helps a lot with back or muscle pain. I love that it can remind you when to work out and keep track of when you do. The music has 3 settings and all are very relaxing. I would probably rate as 💯
