2023-08-11 | Barbe Kempf | I love this app! Lauren is an excellent teacher and guide for my fitness. One of the best features is where the workouts are grouped by time. So when I don't have time to workout during the day, I go to the 15 minute ones and get it in before I go to bed. My favorite 15 min is for the neck. It relieves my neck stress pain everytime. | |
