2024-11-25 | Mindy Hart | Fitbit was great before Google took them over. Notifications are inconsistent and will work one day and then not for a month. It randomly shuts off during workouts. It vibrates nonstop (maybe a GPS signal issue?) on walks in the woods, like every second which is annoying. The mileage has been inconsistent. I have walked the same route every day in a week and it has drastically different distances. I have a Versa 4 and an Samsung S23 Ultra. No dashboard anymore on the website. 😕
2024-11-24 | Renae Imholte | The watch itself works fine, but it won't stay synced to my phone. I have a Pixel 7a. I had a Charge 5 and noticed in June 2024, it quit linking to my phone. I upgraded to a Charge 6 and continue to have the same problem, noticeably worse since October 2024. It syncs up for a day or two and then just won't. I uninstall and reinstall the app. It'll sync up again for a day or two and then stops again. So frustrating!
2024-11-23 | Rachel Berry | I "upgraded" from a Charge 5 to a Versa. When I first got it I loved it, but now battery life keeps getting shorter, and text notifications no longer buzz. Everything's set up right - it just stopped working. I've done all the troubleshooting, and nothing has helped. I received a response from the developer telling me to do the troubleshooting I've already done. That doesn't help.
2024-11-22 | Shelly Carpenter | Loves Fitbit and the app, was worried it would change when Google took over but it didn't until this recent update. The look of it is very different. I don't like the way the weigh ins look. Used to group by week and now it doesn't even average. I bought the Aria scale to go with the Fitbit because I loved it and it doesn't connect half the time. I have to go into the app to manually sync when I want to see the data from my watch. So fussy. Is there a way to remove the newest update?
2024-11-20 | Terry Segura | Updates to the app continue to break functionality. I have not received a low battery push notification in months though I have reported the issue several times. Each time I am given a list of steps to check settings, power cycle, etc for nothing to work. It's not my settings or device, but the app. I also cannot edit my workout names which I used to be able to change to Zumba, but although it was glitchy before, now it doesn't work at all. After 11 years, it may be time to try something new.
2024-11-20 | Courtney Hintz | As a long-time Fitbit user (since 2015), I'm disappointed that all weights prior to January 1, 2023 have been deleted with the most recent update. It's also annoying that the graphs show one dot, which is the average, instead of showing all the points to show a complete graph. I just want my data back. It was fun to track as I get closer to pre-baby weight (January 2021), but that data is now gone.
2024-11-20 | Nate Iverson | I've used since August 2024 and it's helped me track my diet and exercise. I've lost a lot of weight roughly 30 lbs. It seems like there are many compatibility issues caused by upgrading to Android 15 that make it barely usable because of screen formatting issues. They have been aware of the issue for weeks and have still not fixed the app (even as the Nov 11 2024 update).
2024-11-20 | Michelle Baker | I have had Fitbit for many years. Probably about 7. I used to love it. But there have been too many changes that it's no longer that app. I will no longer be renewing my premium membership and will likely be switching to the Samsung watch since I no longer enjoy the app, there's no reason to stay. The "final straws" if you developers want to know... The changes to the heart area, changing the weigh in and taking away the "how many pounds lost"..
2024-11-20 | Ricardo Beas | The header in the historical weight view is blocking buttons and the graph title. I can longer look at my historical data. How does something like this make it production? This is the only thing I use this app for. Edit: Bumping up from 1 star to 3 stars. The UI for the weight screen has updated to better match the rest of the app. I have 1 major issue with it though and it's the reduction of data points when viewing "all time". I would like see most of the data points. 1 per year is useless.
2024-11-19 | Vedanth Basappa | I have been using charge 2 for last 5 years. Everything was working very well till October. After October update the app is not syncing the workouts even though when I am using the watch it shows all the metrics. But it doesn't show up on the app. And it has been more than 2 months since support said there will be an update. I track weights at the gym and since September, the data doesn't get transferred over. I manual enter that data and it gets deleted. |
