If you ignore the ads, this is everything I've ever wanted in a devotional app. I love that there's still good out there. Instead of another app for evil, there's an app for God's truth. We have to actively fight back against the darkness in this world, and this app really helps. It brings light to my life every day &gives me scripture that is just right for that time,& for my family.❤️ |
| 2023-06-25 |  | | I tried contacting the publisher. Ads are playing with volume and can't find the mute button. Ads with repetitive music give me angst. This morning I had a misleading Temu ad with noise, reported it, to come back to the still open app for another noisy ad, to hit mute and get sent to another ad, all to see a 30 second verse. Rather than be uplifting, it made me frustrated. I'm done with this app. I'll find a better one or maybe go back to a real book. |
| 2022-10-21 |  | | ADS PLAY LOUD MUSIC & SOUND when you click on a verse. STOP THIS. Too many full screen ads with sound. I have used this for 3 years and really liked it (past tense). However the ads have overtaken the app. i am reading a verse then a full screen ad pops up. The method to close the ad is different each time. Also, now they have pushed volume on the pop up ads.. I understand the financial need but this ridiculous. It was an awesome app but it has been polluted with annoying and rude ads. |

| 2021-10-30 |  | | I read this Daily Bible Devotion every day. I love it. But, could you please stop letting Google continue to print ads that go over the devotional. I can't read it when they do that. I have hit the "x" every day and indicate that I am not interested in the ad, but they continue to post the ads even though it says that they will stop posting the ads. I may have to switch to a different devotion in the future even this is my favorite. Thank you. |

But I recently got a new phone and just reinstall this app again, still love it but too way too many pop up ads very annoying , gets in the way of my reading daily scripture, need to get rid of the ads |
| 2020-09-28 |  | | I've used this app for years, but am uninstalling due to the amount of ads. I don't mind the static ones, but the forced video ads when you open the app is too much. This is usually the first thing I check in the mornings. If I've listened to anything prior with my volume up, I get a video blaring at me during what was supposed to be my quiet time. I also see that the parent company, Salem New Media, pushes Right-Wing political propaganda. This is shameful. |

I am so frustrated with having paid for unlimited subscription and having ads pop up in the middle of the dwvotion. Not only that but they are disturbing ads of dead bodies covered up based on crime in my area. This is horrible for any paid app let alone a religious devotional. FIX THIS PLEASE and get back to me. Thank you |
