First Source App keeps saying, "system is not responding, try again later." It worked on 5G wifi before. I can't accessing it on WI-FI either. I made sure my emails and phone numbers were secured. There's nothing wrong with my account because it works on Chrome. The app needs to be fixed.
This new app has made banking a bear. We need the ability to have a PIN access code. When I questioned it, I was asked to call. Like that EVER helps anything. If someone answers in a timely manner, 9 times out of 10 it's either "I will have to check on that and get back to you" or half an hour of verification questions, resulting in a quick "No, we can't do that". Now the app is complete garbage, what is the draw to keep doing business here? We have 1 single rep whom ever helps us out & it's old
