App is horrible. Took me having to go through Transunion to find a contact number. When I finally got someone they told me they have no physical address or a phone number. I haven't even gotten a card and they reported me as late and my score dropped 120 points. Because they charged me an annual fee and then 2 late fees for not paying the annual fee on time. And again I didn't even have a card. They promised to fix my credit ,so we will see. Until then I'll leave my rating as Neutral

When you open the app it'll give you a blank screen with one button to log off. You log off and then it takes you to the log in screen. Sometimes it doesn't even show you the log off button. Sometimes it gives you a blank screen for 3-5 minutes until it says "session expired" then it does you to the log in screen. Force stopping or closing app doesn't work. If its quicker to trim my PC on to pay my bill then this app is useless. I have an S23 ultra, gigabit internet connection

I've had my card for a while now along with this app. I used my card and went to pay my bill and it showed me zero info. It had me logged in but unable to view any account information or history. It was like entering an unfinished app or site that wasn't activated. As a result, I'd suggest NOBODY use this app if you want to get things done and don't like your time wasted!
