I use their credit card when I had some financial difficulties over the past year. never missed a payment and recently paid $1,000 towards the balance. my credit was then reduced by $800 because my credit to debt ratio was too high which this policy only increases that ratio. I will pay off this card and never use it again

Since the redesign an update of the app and website in September they prevent access (app pops a block screen, web has DNS access error) when using Wi-Fi only (works over cell data) when I have no other trouble on Wi-Fi with any other financial apps. So the redesign has some kind of bug exclusive to FNBO that prevents using over Wi-Fi. Frustrating.

App pestered me for a review while I was inputting a payment on my card, now I can't tell whether or not the payment has gone through because it interrupted me in the middle of confirming the transaction. I wasn't going to leave a review but now I am. The app says I have a pending transaction and that I can cancel it if I'd like but I see no transaction on my accounts and no way to edit it. Wonderfully helpful.

My experience has not been good so far. My account is closed, but I am using the app to make payments. For a business account, it was not business friendly. Chase offers a great business model, and we have not had any issues since opening a year ago. The availability and communications were not good with FNBO. I assume that large companies such as Walmart would have a better experience. This bank and its products are not geared towards small businesses. I am not complaining, it's reality.

App has been bugging lately. I go to close it and I end up having to do a "force stop". That's been happening for over a week. Today I went to use it and it said I didn't have an account. I signed into the main site and now I can log into the app. Still crashes when I close it. I've uninstalled/installed 3 times. Still crashes

App needs work! Last two days keeps saying I don't have an account even though I do! I can't check balance or anything with app! Please fix! Update: website login doesn't work either. I can log in but can't see any info! Update: I can now login w app and there are no issues. I had to call bank, wait on hold for a while, then was told my card was 'on hold' or something and the reason was because the account was new (even though I'd been using card for a week). Very strange.

I don't like it. You have to reenter your routing number and account number every time you change banks. You can't pay ahead for the pending items. You can only pay the exact amount. no rounding up. I would rather use my Chase cards that I've don't have to add all my information when I switch banks to pay and I can pay when I want & what I want.

The app has a number of pretty standard features for banking/credit card apps. But they don't allow for saving more than one account for payments, causing me to have to re-enter banking info every time I go to pay with a different account than the last payment was made with, this is in spite of the interface on both here and the website showing behavior that you can save multiple accounts it just isn't possible.

My bank account was already listed to take monthly payments out & to pay the balance, I had to put it in again. The app indicated that there was no external account on file, and this was incorrect. You need to fix this payment issue on the app. Making payments isn't as easy as it looks online with this app. For your customers, fix this issue, please!

Horrible. Can never pay on the app. And when I try on the computer it doesn't work either. Which then leads to charging me a late fee (not surprised that part works). Don't have time to call up every month and wait to get a rep on the phone for a simple task. How about instead of asking everyone to call, you just fix the app.
