Tried several times, nothing happened. Now when I've successfully registered an account, they're not verifying my account, said "It will take one business days" 3-4 business have gone, still waiting! Pathetic service and customer support. Don't recommend this app!!! |

I complained several times through email, helpline and many other complaint portals but in vain. Highly recommend to resolve such issues and speed up the processing work. |

| 2023-11-01 |  | | Worst app , I downloaded the app , with very difficulties i made an account , and send some money to the account i made from my easypaisa account just for checking it , now when i try to send money from this abl wallet app it automatically turn off , very bad experience I'll never download it again , you cannot send money from it to other accounts because it automatically turns off also you can't send money to easypaisa or jazzcash or nayapay sadapay etc because such options are not available.. |

Make the app more stable or provide the option to operate the wallet accounts through your main myABL app. However, on the other hand, leading wallet apps like Easypaisa, JazzCash & Konnect are providing the smooth app experience so customers aren't looking for other options. Being an old customer, I hope you will look into my friendly suggestion. |

It only shows registration page. No login page. Once you start again registration. It doesn't move gorward with pending registration. I will not recommend for this wallet |
