First of all, I often check my balances just before bed and use dark mode all the time. The app flash-bangs me with bright white screens every time I login. Second, the app is missing app UI for some accounts, and it launches a web page within the app. Lastly, the rebalance investments is also missing app UI, launches a web page within the app, but never works from within the app. I need to leave the app, open a mobile web browser, and web login to my account to submit rebalance requests.

Any time I try to access a page that opens in an embedded browser (like statements) it just fully freezes and accepts no more touch inputs on any buttons. Even if you back swipe to get out of the embedded browser, then the normal app is also frozen and no longer accepting any touch inputs or button presses. Makes doing simple things like checking statements legitimately impossible.

App keeps getting worse with each update. App frequently freezes, often crashes and is generally down for technical difficulties about half the time. The UI updates seem to enhance design at the expense of function. Frequently used tasks are buried four levels deep in illogical categories. A lot of drop down menus have been added instead of allowing text entry to further stymie your ability to get anything done.
