And recently on opening it hangs every time on the sign in screen for up to 10 seconds, I don't have to enter anything and sign in again but it just takes its time. | |

I've had the app a year and a half, but now the app isn't loading and just staying a white screen or saying no connection when I have internet. Not sure why this just started last time I updated the app on both of my phones. I have to go into the browser and search it, login from there to see my work schedule, because the app isn't working. A fast fix would be greatly appreciated. All in all a great app easy to use the platform. | |

I have tried to rely on using this app for about a week and it's unusable if you plan to be a reliable and consistent property manager. 1. Notifications are inconsistent. Clicking a notification will often times bring you nowhere. Messages are missed. Some notifications are completely blank and do nothing. 2. The app limits your abilities to make any changes and you have to go to your computer. Extremely disappointed. | |

2024-09-13 | Kathleen | Something is not syncing and I can not figure it out. My prices keep changing back to previous pricing, and the photos are virtually impossible to manage, because you can't change the order without having to delete and upload them in the order you want them to appear. This also affects the order they appear on Airbnb, and probably other sites as well, although I couldn't say for sure how other apps are affected as far as the photos go. I've asked to pay for additional training and denied. | |
2024-09-10 | Hunsucker Eric | Hostaway is new to us and there are many challenges. I don't get any alerts for new guests as a most recent issue. As a co-host I have no profile foto and current guests think that I am a bot. The syndication promised to us across dozens of websites has never occurred. Support is friendly but not very knowledgeable. They seem to offer irrelevant articles for me to read to research my own problems. I'd check out Guesty or other tools first. It's been a dumpster fire for 2 months so far. | |

There are times when the app cannot do exactly what we need, but these instances have been rare. And the great thing is that Hostaway will actually discuss making changes in order to fulfill your needs. Hostaway is great to work with.........Especially Billy!. | |
2024-07-24 | B Alsen | I'm not one to complain or be unappreciative, however the app is lacking in so much functionality compared to the web version it's pretty unusable. For example it can't even show turnover days, where there is a check out and checkin on the same day, it just shows these bookings as one long continuous booking. Developer says above issue fixed, but I see no changes after updating the app. It's still the same. |
