    The app is buggy and displays errors and/or won't register button presses when attempting to change ticket dates/times. They don't allow that feature on the website version but allow transferring tickets. Changing dates/times sometimes prompted entering payment details despite mentioning beforehand no price difference would be refunded.

    They are a 3rd party booking site and as such when a problem happens you have to jump through hoops to get it fixed. I had to send numerous emails and reach out to customer service several times through 3 sites just to get my time changed on my tour because they made a mistake with the booking company. And it's still not fixed. When it is, I'll adjust that part of the review.

    They are thieves. They auto default to settings and then penalize you. I used a two ticket voucher to rebook and it defaulted to one ticket, and the voucher had an unused balance. I called customer service many times and they kept saying that they would submit a ticket to reopen the voucher and it happens all the time. Then the other department emailed me 5 minutes later saying they have strict conditions and I am not entitled to a refund even though I just want to redeem my voucher. Stay away!

    You have to download this app to use any coupon codes that are offered for shows. The problem is, on two separate occasions, even after following their step-by-step directions, the coupon code/voucher hasn't worked properly and I missed out on sales. Customer service basically told me it wasn't their problem when I contacted them about app issues. Terrible app and terrible customer service.

    I definitely would not recommend this to anyone. I purchased tickets for an event and it ended up getting canceled. As I was following the instructions to reschedule the event for later date I ended up getting charged for new set of tickets. I emailed the customer service email numerous times requesting a refund because I have an upcoming surgery. Sound a number for customer service online and they refused to give me a refund. Only a credit. You're better off using Groupon instead. Terrible!!!!

    Do yourself a favor and stay away from this app and this company. I purchased tickets to a local music event for my family using this service (as there was no alternative). The event was abruptly cancelled. Since the failing was on their end, I expected a refund. What I got was credits with a short duration (9 months) to select some alternative "experience" in which we have zero interest. My interaction with Fever has been a $150 reminder of the unpleasantness of being conned. STAY AWAY.

    Just downloaded this app after seeing it promoted in my hometown city in the USA. How cool that the app is actually International! This could certainly help when I travel. Ho. Two issues: the app is now is ONLY in the language of that country {Spanish} We need a way to toggle back & forth so it can also be seen in our native tongue (English). It appears that in order to go back to my main home City, I must uninstall and reinstall the app. Pls advise if there's a workaround. Thanks!

    I've only used it once on the computer (not mobile), but there must have been some issue with the time selection feature for the tickets I was buying. I selected 2 PM for the tickets but received 9 AM tickets for the event. When I went to change the time to the time I selected, I was charged an additional booking fee, which when I reached out to support, was told could not be avoided. I eventually got the right time but had to pay extra for their mistake and don't know if this is a common issue.

    Terrible app, can't change date of tickets without working with someone. Got bad directions on how to process the change, a cancel and issue credit type thing. Ended up buying a second set of tickets. Tried working with customer service to cancel all tickets and wasted more time. Frustrated, I went through my credit card to dispute the the transactions, seems like Fever is disputing the dispute. Will this saga ever end?

    Good and bad. Good that it is showing me the unorthodox hidden gems of things to do in Miami that aren't conventional like clubs and bars. where I am annoyed is I purchased tickets for something and put a specific time and when I paid for it the time changed. I went through the steps to change it and it ended up charging me an extra $10 because that time slot for filled and that pissed me off. Otherwise it has potential to be my favorite app but if I have purchasing issues again I'm dropping it
