| 2024-11-27 |  | | There's a few things I dislike about the app as far as points should be a little more. But I recently just got out of prison after a year of being away. Well I lost all my points I had earned in a year so I contacted customer service and explained my situation. And they gave me a one time courtesy of giving me my points back!! Which was pretty awesome fr. I'm super grateful for that. Thank you!!!! |
| 2024-11-27 |  | | DO NOT USE THIS APP!!! THEY WILL STEAL ALL YOUR POINTS WHEN YOU GO TO CASH IN FOR REWARDS. All the time it takes you to reach a certain goal will be for nothing. I'm sure this company makes a lot of money selling this data all while you give them the free labor of scanning all those receipts and the months, if not a yr plus, it takes to reach a certain amount. I cashed in over 50K points for the visa gift card and not only did they decline it, they took the remainder of my points. |
| 2024-11-26 |  | | I loved this app until I tried to cash in my rewards. I sent hundreds of valid receipts but when I tried to cash in, they decline me and steal my points. I've tried numerous times to contact them to ask why my points were declined, but no one responds. Total scammers. I have read there terms, and did not violate any of them. I just get auto-responses that are total scams. |

Getting your rewards is easy as well, I wish you didn't have to wait 3 days to receive it but that's not even a real complaint lol. Just me being impatient lol. Thank You Fetch YOUR AWESOME!!! |

One can select products based on the number of points they earn. A side benefit is a database of receipts. For example, I needed a receipt to return excess product to a store. I was able to find the receipt, screenshot it, and return the items easily. |

Cons: expensive rewards; low scanning limit; advertising ID required to play games; games replaced the old spin to win, so I can't play for extra points because I disabled my advertising ID. Suggestion: bring back spin to win. Overall not horrible as an additional receipt scanner, but not great. If I had to use only one, it wouldn't be this one, it would be CoinOut. |

I have been in touch with support 8 times and sent screenshots of the issue with NO HELP GIVEN!!! **STILL NO OTHER EMAIL SUPPORT** Great app, but also a great disappointment. I'm missing out on so many points because the e-receipts does not work with any other mail service besides GMAIL!!! It's a shame that they have not bothered correcting this in years, especially when they've promised it and even have tutorials how it should work. |

Love the local deals based on your location that gives you cash back and super discounts on gas! Nice app, no problems with it, sometimes it will miss an item or 2 on my grocery receipt, just dble check if you are trying to rack up addtl points on a particular brand for an offer. |
| 2024-11-24 |  | | My past review was when there were a lot of glitches that have been fixed. However the updated app is HORRIBLE! Before updates, when I opened the homepage, all I would have to do is click on Walmart. I boycott Target, and don't shop most other stores. Now there is no list! Everything was in a nice list. Not anymore, I can't find anything like that. I'm lucky to find what I'm looking for. Please fix it back or let me know where to find it. I will change my rating to 5 IFI can get to a list! |
