| 2024-08-31 |  | | App quite limited on UX (not sure if it's an android issue). Often doesn't load and I have to restart, plus videos won't go full screen which is annoying. On the product side I am enjoying it but not great value for money, I spent a lot and I only get access to one programme which includes a lot of repeated exercises. Plus emails I'm sent with content, some are from 2020. Feels a bit lazy |

I have to uninstall and reinstall the app EVERY SINGLE DAY in order to access the workout program I purchased. I have installed all updates and cleared my cache, it still does this. Very annoying. |

| 2023-11-25 |  | | Videos freeze. When trying to watch videos, if you tilt your phone sideways to see the video in a larger view, the video will stop, the 'back' button does not work and have to exit the app completely and sign back in. |
