2024-09-02 | V Man | Great game! I play just about every day. most recent update says it fixed login issues but I'm still getting SSL Certificate error.
2022-09-24 | justa person | Blatant copy of the classic Dungeon Raid, with an unnecessary upgrade system, worse level scaling, worse art and annoying fiddly controls. Even so, Dungeon Raid was an excellent game and this seems to be the only way to play it these days so it's worth a go despite the changes.
2022-02-05 | Novia Nurfitriana | I really like this game. The gameplay is fun and challenging. I dont have any problem when I register and log in to my account. Im totally okay with ads that appear after dying in the game, but there are few ads that have very loud sound and I cant lower and turn off the sound. It really bothers me. Could you please fix it? Im okay with other ads. Thank you for creating this game and have a nice day, devs!
2021-06-08 | Mohd Haziem | The game has horrible balance. Enemies scale way too quickly and the player needs to get lucky enough to get multiple damage upgrades to survive. But if you keep taking damage upgrades you start having problems with leveling up due to the lack of xp/coin upgrades. You level up slower and slower and at a certain point, you start falling behind in upgrades and die. Is it a Dungeon Raid alternative? Yes. Is it a good one? Absolutely not.
2021-02-15 | Freudian | Brilliant game, been playing for a couple of weeks now and can say it's one of the best games I've played on mobile, simple enough to jump in and out of for casual play but also has some decent depth to it. Ads are short and non-invasive, they don't force micro transactions and the art style has character and charm my only suggestion would be to try and make it smoother/easier to connect tiles, occasionally ill miss one or two even though I thought I dragged through it, but other than that 10/10
2021-01-28 | Ash | Fun game! I have really enjoyed it, and love that you can make one simple (and inexpensive!) purchase and get rid of ads. (Edit: Came back to the game and signed up for their cloud storage service. Actually really easy and no issues. Nice job!)
2021-01-13 | Daniel Algood | There is some fun to be had here and the mechanics are fine, but this game suffers from some significant balance issues. Enemy health and damage typically increase faster than the player's ability to keep up with them. The weapon tile is also so much more powerful to the player than others that if an insufficient number of them drop during a boss fight, the player just loses. Enjoyment quickly turns to frustration.
2021-01-11 | C C | Oh my gosh I finally found a spiritual successor to Dungeon Raid. I haven't played past Wave 3 but so far all the strategies I used in Dungeon Raid seems to apply pretty well here. I'm not far enough to comment on gameplay on higher levels, but one thing I would wish for is just more visual contrast between the icons. Like the coins and enemies are both light and round, which makes it a little harder to identify when I play with a blue light filter on. Love it and look forward to updates.
2020-09-25 | Chris Shewel (KrudlerTheHorse) | Fantastic game. Easy to approach and simple at first, but the complexity expands at a steady pace and keeps you thinking. Very unobtrusive ads... But I'll give them my $3 anyhow to get the ad-free version and support the devs... This is worth it!
2020-06-16 | Andrew Garrard | Since Dungeon Raid seems to have vanished, this game was a nice surprise to stumble into. The Gameplay of the original is preserved, which I appreciate very much. However, I find the graphics inconsistent in style and quality. The original had no character portraits in game, and the monster tiles were abstract symbols. I felt that served the original game well, as it left room for the imagination and allowed a greater focus on appealing (albeit static) symbols. Still a great game. Great work! |
