2024-03-21 | Elisabeth Walløe | Love the simplicity, and the fact that the scale is not just 1-5 like it is on many apps, but unfortunately the fact that the measurements get averaged over a day (so if you had a rating of 3 and a rating of 7 it will show just one point that says 5) makes it not be useful for me, as it's important for me to see the highs and lows. Wish there would be an option to change that, for now I'm moving on to another app | |

Being able to log your mood 4 times a day is amazing, and I also love how — instead of a smile — we get this glowing sphere that radiates a color depending on our mood. The notes section for other people might need a bit more features, but i personally dont mind the way it is. Their separation of mood and energy is invaluable for someone with bipolar disorder. The pretty aesthetic and visualization of the moods really helps me to consistently come back. It's the first mood journal to actually help more than anxiety and depression. 10/10✨️✨️ |
