The options they list in the steps simply don't exist within the app. Called the credit card center and their IVRs aren't functioning so their automated system can't detect that I'm pressing digits to navigate their menu. 2022-04-20 | Akin Bedeau | Registration is a painful, frustrating task.. Entering the DOB was a pain by itself. It has to swipe monthly instead of typing or selecting. It begins from present month (**** / 2022) and I'm from 1986, so I spent over 10 mins swiping all the way back just to complete that phase. Finger slipped twice, and it resets to (2022) FCB should review and relaunch. Online banking is way easier. |
