2024-09-19 | Abigail Harger | This app is lighter on storage and also more clearly organized than the Red Cross first aid app. (That's my opinion, YMMV.) I keep this on my phone for its lightness on storage and its usefulness in an emergency.
2021-05-21 | Vivian R Kamapoha | Being an RN, I am familiar with first aid, but I wanted to have something to go into our rather extensive 1st aid kit so anyone using it would have information at their finger tip. This app is a wealth of information and has all the basics on it without having to flip through a book to find what you need. Good for a quick reference.
2021-04-29 | Skl 006 | I have been CPR/First Aid/AED infant child and adult certified every year for the past 6 years (refresher courses every other year) and I think this app is great. This time around I used the app, got certified online, and am participating in a class through my university. Having those different modalities really lock in the information that is important. I like that this app is current, has skills to practice with pictures, has review questions, and is easy to read and understand.
2021-04-28 | Sarbin | I realized that although I have the supplies I might need for basic medical care during an emergency to go along with a decent amount of CPR and first aid training, that these would come in handy. Both as a refresher or guide during a stressful situation and as a supplement to the training and experience I have. It contains a lot of info in a small package but is easy to read and easy to locate the info you need quickly.
2021-04-21 | pranaya bandarupalli | This first aid app definitely exceeded my expectations and I just know that it can come in handy when first aid is needed. The first aid instructions are very detailed and the pictures for every scenario it talks about help a lot. I recommend downloading this app is you're looking for a great and compact first aid app to have around.
2021-04-14 | Nwaneri Kingsley | I seriously believe that this may be the best First Aid manual ever written, and I do not say that lightly. I have many First Aid manuals and I have been looking for a manual like this one for years. It is well written, gives an easy to understand description of body system and how they work, gives step by step instructions on how to treat everything from abdominal injuries and abrasions to wasp stings and wrist injuries. If you want one First Aid manual to have as a quick, easy to use reference
2021-04-12 | mian adeel | I used this book for 4 weeks this summer at a scout camp and it was invaluable. Anyone that is going to be somewhere that leaves them in the position of being a first responder, this is a must have. Really, really liked it. It was easy to read but detailed enough to make you competent for every emergency that might come up with a group of kids and adults.
2021-04-09 | Munnu Jan | First Aid and Emergency Techniques is an excellent choice for a small manual or compendium about first aid treatments when you are in the outdoors. The app covers different conditions or accidents. Topics like Bites and Stings, hypothermia, shock, water disinfection, etc, etc. The topics are covered very well - succinct and as comprehensive as you could hope for in a portable manual.

2020-12-14 | Ami Ne | I reading this the second time as there is so much good information to try and absorb. I find that it provides a good balance between things that you can attempt on your own and when you should head to the emergency room right away. If you find yourself needing it right away as in an emergency, the text is not suited for quick on the spot prognosis of most ailments. You need to have read the contents of this first aid app in advance and really understood the things that he is describing. |
