I wanted to do a keto diet soooo bad but didn't know where to start with groceries and recipes. The thought of looking up recipes, and putting a list together scared me. I'm a full time (more like overtime) lpn single mom to 6. I do not have time to put an extensive grocery list together. But omg this app has it all!!!!!! Thank goodness something in this world is good!

It would be great everything you could ask for but... you seriously need to look at the recipes. I tapped on the icon for a lunch salad and was confused about the instructions especially the part about how to make the frosting 🤔. And that is just one example.
