2021-05-20 | Muhammed ATTIA | This gets 5 stars because I’ve read and followed this, and find 1) you don’t need to be bogged down with calorie/carb counts, just follow the guidelines, and 2) like most people, I physically and mentally benefit from super healthy fats, medium levels of nutrient dense protein, and no starches or processed foods. This is Keto done with great science, well explained so you can follow the lifestyle. It helps if you love avocados and salmon, but the information means you can use any food or brand. |
