2024-10-19 | John Dortsch | Tulee would not let me make an extra loan payment. It repeatedly rejected my money transfer with no explanation. Customer service was frustrating to the point that I finally just gave up. I'm working on paying my loan off ASAP so that I can close my accounts. | |

2023-12-25 | Nathan Brownstein | This app is very modern and, in my opinion, laid out pretty well. My biggest gripe, personally, is the name and logo. Some emoji face with glasses named Tulee doesn't scream "my credit union's app". And I often pass over it without realizing it's the FIGFCU app. | |

Now with this app, you see your amount on top, then have to subtract the amount pending from the amount shown on top. There is no running balance from the holding amount. From the app, you don't have a calculator. You have to go to the calculator on your phone back to the app, then back to the phone calculator. Bring back some of the old features. | |
2023-10-30 | Why Jim? | I would give it ZERO STARS, or even negative stars, if I could. It is not worh the 1 star r. The absolute worst possible experience in an app. It is extremely slow to load, if it loads at all. I times out on itself it is so slow. Never, ever, use this app if you can help it. | |
2023-09-21 | Google Acct | Everything I've had to do with this app is a pita. Sending money had me call into the contact center for a code. When I tried to send money to someone else later it canceled my transaction for no reason and apparently its a known issue because I again had to call in and ask what the issue was. I needed my account number and could only unveil it by loggin in on the browser. I love that the IVR advertises easy ordering for new checks but when I tried to go through the app it told me I couldnt. | |

No need in breaking anything down because you guys just justify the mess you've made. It's good for looking at your balance and that's it. Not user friendly at all and I thought I was a techy. | |
2023-07-21 | Heather Beck | I liked the old system better. I don't like that the pending transactions on my account don't show what merchant the purchase was with and I miss the feature that provided our credit score information. I also don't like that transfers between two FIGFCU members is not easy and convenient like it once was. |
