It's a good app for keeping up to date with your children, but a poor UX keeps it from being great. For example, adding an observation requires the user to go to the child page>more>journey>new observation, as this is a primary use of the app it should be a single button press from the child page (maybe with a floating action button)

Simon Mowlam, 2024-11-12I have no balance or payment tab. Not sure why, I have reinstalled and still nothing. Also seems to be always down by the nursery so they can't update

Abbie McCrickerd, 2024-11-03The app barely works, won't allow my wife to pay for the nursery on her app and when I pay on mine it takes it as setting up an automatic payment when I haven't and there's none set up in the apps.
