The sales are often and helpful for collecting all the animals!!😁 The only change I'd make is after an animal stops tracking I'd remove it from the globe map thing I lost the lion a little bit ago named long pie or something and he's still on my map even though I can't actually track him anymore? 🤔 Still overall wonderful app and definitely recommend! |

However, there are WAY too many notifications for deals and other ads for new bracelets, bundles, etc. Often times, the deals have expired anyway or are very late. It's disappointing when it isn't an update on my animal, and instead is the THIRD ad of the day. There is also no way to do away with these deal notifications without muting the app entirely. I have this to TRACK sharks, not be a deal shark... |
| 2024-11-22 |  | | Giraffe tracker not active after only 4 days. Sure they gave me a new giraffe to track but they should really fix the trackers. They got them on there once they can do it again. Also, the tracking and updates are so bland and generic. I understand they cannot do real time due to poaching but they could at least write a little more on each status. With the dates added from day to day instead of just miles. App works great but the other things are disappointing. |

| 2024-11-03 |  | | The app works pretty well, although it won't let me track my sloth. Everytime I try to click on the "track your sloth" icon, the app crashes. At first I assumed that maybe I'm running out of storage on my phone so I deleted unused apps and restarted my phone. I come back to the app, click on my sloth, and boom. It sent me right back to my home screen. So then I go to the "report a bug" and it kept sending me to this page that had nothing to do with reporting bugs. Guys I just wanna see my sloth |
| 2024-10-19 |  | | I agree with many others on this app. I absolutely love the idea of"owning" a part of an animal and contributing to research. I do wish there was more info. My penguin has no age, type of penguin, or really any info. I was sad about that. What the others said about making it more interactive, or videos of facilities would also add a lot. I understand that adding things costs. Maybe have a range of plans to choose from? I would definitely pay more, and even a monthly subscription. Thank you |
| 2024-09-22 |  | | I've had it since March, and I love seeing the animals move around. Since then, though, I still see the unmoving trackers of the older animals (who's trackers stopped working). I have 4 animals with broken trackers! I wish there was a way to get rid of the older animals because it's cluttering the world view. |

I want to buy more because i love the idea of tracking my own animal, but honestly, pictures of animals that we are seeing would be nice. I think i was expecting more than just dots on a map. I get it if you can't make this i opportunity, but i figured i would let you guys in on it because it seemed like a good idea for in the future. Thank you for protecting our wildlife!! |

Thought it was a better idea then a $50 toy that would break in a few days. So more info on the animals like general info about the animals. I wanna get more but I really don't wanna look at dots. Idk. I do like it. Would recommend buying but more for your fav animals |

But hear me out guys, I am a game designer and honestly I think it would be amazing to make it a little more Interactive in an easy way. You can put in 3d models of the animals walking around, and even give each individual person a way to care for their animals. Maybe even give the animal skins for people to buy, it could attract more people to the app and boost revenue. I world wide virtual Zoo to get people more invested. |
