| 2024-12-17 |  | | This review is 2 parts- 1st is the mobile app itself: this app is ATROCIOUS.it's extremely slow and laggy no matter what you're doing, whether using the menu section or chatting with a cust service rep, it has a massive delay and crashes repeatedly. When you make changes to your order for the week, it doesn't always save those changes because it crashes. 2nd part is the food itself, the meals are no better than the $4 microwave dishes from Target/Walmart, but 3 or 4x the price. |

Had to call every single time and go through a song and dance with customer service to get refunded, and their only advice was that I "make sure my online and app accounts both have the same order status". What is the point of making me use the app if I also have to go to the website and double check?! |

It takes almost a minute to load, and then takes several seconds to think about every button you press. Update: The last update reatly improved the app performance, but it is still too slow, but far better than before, still takes about 15 seconds to open and a second or 2 to register some button presses. |

HOWEVER there are a couple meals that I have found that I don't like at all. They keep getting added to my delivery with no way to permanently stop them. It has become incredibly frustrating. I travel for work, so having a full kitchen available to me is rare. these meals are definitely convenient to have and help with having a wide variety of food to eat. Eating on the road is definitely a troublesome tasks. it consistent mostly of fast/gas station food when on the go. It is so hard to have healthy food on hand a lot of the time. Especially with the amount of cooking and prep time included. 10/10 recommend trying! |

Also, don't use ice packs that require users to travel to a special recycling center as a giant reason to sign up is the inability to travel as much! Discovered I can't log back in, says I need to contact support. Good job. |

My only complaint is that the vegetable portion needs to be at least 2-3x more in order for it to be worth it for me in the long run. I really really wish they would change that because it's probably the only reason I will need to start searching for another service soon. |

Many want to lose weight, but just as many of us do not. 2000 calories isn't enough for all in 3 meals, and I'm not including shakes or drinks or anything like that, just solid foods. Additionally, it's annoying how I can only review a list of my selections if actively reviewing/making changes to my order. It would be nice to click on the current week to be able to view only my selections. |
| 2024-11-16 |  | | 1. very glitchy program 2. The biggest issue is its so hard to navigate to pausing your account. the instructions in FAQ dont actually lead you to pause. Thats huge. if i cant pause it on and off at will then the function and convinence isn't there. Any reasonable person would put this on the plan settings page whete you select frequency of meals. they hide it to force you to stay longer. |
