| 2024-11-23 |  | | Really cool app! So many filters to choose from, AND they just added about 7 more! Now there are like 50! It gets glitchy sometimes but if you just close and reopen the app it's usually fine. Only 4 because of the frequent glitches but other than that, it's great. oh wait also the filters with sound have no sound anymore. VERY ANNOYING please fix! |
| 2024-11-16 |  | | My family has been using this app for some years and it was working pretty good up until Sept '24. Now, I can't login on certain devices. I keep getting stuck in a loop. I've restarted the app, device, uninstall, and reinstalled the app. Nothing works. There isn't anyway to contact their support team either. I'm only giving it 1 star in hopes of this helping this particular bug get resolved. |
| 2024-09-28 |  | | It was working at first, now it's sending me through a neverending cycle of logging me out and logging back in. I have 2 child profiles and when I want to switch profiles to another child, I receive an error message that something went wrong and to ask a grown-up for help. Then I have to through the whole password process AGAIN!! I can't get back in! It's the most frustratjng experience ever because it's an unending loop and I don't know how to break it. Seriously FB?! What is this??? |
| 2024-09-09 |  | | I have recently been dealing with having to close out and go back in the app to see the images my freinds send, but now I cannot see images at all it just looks like a grey block and it's a bit frustrating but it's most likely my wifi. Please leave any suggestions on fixing it if you have any also I have delt with not being able to unfriend someone because they were stuck outside of kids messenger and they weren't going to use it anyways. |
| 2024-09-09 |  | | No notifications alerts! I can't message my kid because they don't get any audio or screen alerts I'm sending a message. After uninstalling and reinstalling, video and audio calls seem to go thru but absolutely no text messages!!! Defeats the purpose of having the app. And yes, I've been thru the settings and made sure sounds and permissions were on. |

However, I would love if you added 2 features. -the ability to reply to specific messages in group chats, this would be way better then everyone get notified when someone talks. -"tagging" or "pinging" someone by doing @(their name), another way to notify specific people instead of everyone. |
| 2024-08-30 |  | | This app was amazing until a few months ago. Almost every time I am on video chat with someone, one of our cameras doesn't work. When I go view a message the friend sent me I go to the chat, but when I return to the call, my camera is black. Another thing is the effects button doesn't work anymore. There are no games but there used to be a lot of games that you could play on your own, or send to a friend. There aren't many options anymore, and this app has a lot of glitches. Very disappointing. |

My only problem is that when I'm video calling it won't have the option to turn my screen on( I can't make it so that other people can see my face, like on the second picture of the description.)its vary annoying. | 2024-08-01 |  | | Won't let one kid login! I can get past the parent login and choose one of my kids with no problem. But if I choose the other child, on any device, it gives me an error and kicks me back to the login screen!!! Have uninstalled, reinstalled, switched to several devices, cleared cache, deleted data... All to no avail. This is beyond frustrating!!!! |
| 2024-06-19 |  | | Ok, I've been playing this messenger for 4 years. It has ALWAYS been some sort of issue. Screen wouldn't load, couldn't see my friends profiles.. couldn't see my actual friends on video call! Their screen is all black, and there's no way to fix it. And, there's a text from my friend from 2 months ago, it sends me a notification 2 months later after they sent it. If you fix these issues, and make it on PC and make the themes back, I might rate this up higher. |
