| 2024-11-30 |  | | Useless!! Can't customize notifications. EVERY notification in EVERY category is ALL on or off. I HAVE TO DISABLE ALL PUSH NOTIFICATIONS. At least my phone isn't blowing up like in-app list. I CAN'T TURN NOTIFICATIONS OF ANY KIND IN-APP. I'm flooded with in-app notifications I don't want. Could Meta get any worse? Bugs, huge data loss for thousands of users, complicated, and NO cares if accounts are hacked (have seen folks take months or years to regain account, IF ever). Plus, shady politics. |

I like being able to see my insights. I would love it if they brought back the ability to view past appointments. It looks like they've now removed appointments all together, thats disappointing.Where have my albums gone? I can no longer view or add to albums. I can't see time stamps on messages, forcing me to use alternative apps. |

It doesn't even refresh when I pull down to do so! It's a complete waste on time on mobile. Works ok on desktop, but it's trash on my phone. |

I still get notifications either never, or two days later. Hangs when I try to share. Usually in blocked from "selecting an asset " half of business suite is automated, half of it is run by a room full of chimpanzees. |

My PC & Android phone are updated and fully operational. I prefer to receive push notifications and that setting is turned on. Please address this issue. Managers of Facebook pages & Instagram business accounts do not have time to continually check for messages & comments. We do have other work to do. Please advise. |

But unfortunately, it's so hard to post to my Instagram and to my Facebook, it's always an error. I use this application on Android and iOS, error creating reels on both, iOS device post the reel without the image selected it will just havegreenscreen in the background, My Android doesn't allow me to adjust font style or the size for added text.. |

It will take you anywhere but there. I would just about lay money to be able to navigate business things from the regular FB app again. |

Now, I'm trying to upload videos and pictures on future days (max 4 weeks) but it keeps giving me errors and won't upload at all. Even I try to delete the post on the app on the phone, it gives me errors too. I had to delete the posts on their website. Please fix! |

I have sent reports with screenshots. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and it did not help. Please fix this. Update: It was fixed yesterday, but today, the same issue is back. I've sent six reports. How many does it take? |
| 2024-10-23 |  | | There's no way to view any of my business pages other than the very first one I created. I manage them all in the desktop business suite. I have all the permissions. There is literally no way inside this app to add more pages. Useless trash. I can't believe how terrible meta's tools are. And I've spent hundreds of thousands on facebook and instagram ads over the years. Absolute garbage products. This is why people use third party management software. |
