| 2024-09-20 |  | | This app keeps getting worse and worse!!! I deleted and reinstalled a few times and it's still awful. It freezes in the middle of creating an ad. I can no longer send my ads to a certain radius distance. It used to be easy to use and now it's impossible!! I deleted all my ads!!! |
| 2024-09-04 |  | | Terrible! I tried to use the app to pay and it caused my account to be charged twice, making USAA think it was fraud. Reached out to FB and they restricted my ad account without anyone responding or notifying me! I have never had a problem with FB/ Meta. But I figured being on the move in July preparing for a funeral, it would be easy to do things on my phone and you can't do meta in the FB app. you have to download this app in order to use it. Wish I never did! I give it -0 if I could! |

I just spent the past hour trying to launch a new ad campaign, and every time you bring it to the "review" page, the app crashes and completely resets the campaign creation. Thanks for wasting more of my time Meta! You kill our organic reach, and your tools that let us pay you for reaching literally don't work. Wonderful business model! |

The views are unhelpful and confusing and something simple like looking at a chart of today's performance is practically impossible. This may be one of the worst apps I've used in recent memory. |

A lot of the options you can't control them through here and you have to use a computer, plus and worst, the app can just say there is an unexciting error and erase all the things you did before publishing the ad. And this is not something that may happen once, it happened 4 times Some of the options it just choose the worst one for you and you can't change it once publish, so now, all the people that click on the link get send to Messenger app instead of Instagram |
| 2024-01-30 |  | | Downloaded. This is the most janky, inefficient app in the universe. That is my true belief. It took me an hour to go through and just try to make one simple ad. Every time I go off screen to try to get ad copy to copy and paste onto the ad spaces available, it starts over at the home screen, and I have to once again start all over again. Why would something so large, like Facebook, have such a horrible user unfriendly platform? Please do away with it or fix it. I have now removed it. #ragequit |

I can't add payment information, boost posts, or create ads with this app. I've been locked out of my FB page for 3 months with no replies for support, as I think everything is AI now. Moved my ads dollars to Tiktok & YouTube and been getting decent returns on investment and better security. We are a VERY small business and have used Facebook for over 8 years with no problems. So disappointed in the lack of customer service. |

I've Uninstalled and reinstalled several times and tried on multiple devices and the same thing is happening. I chatted then spoke with tech support and they say nothing is wrong with my profile and it must be a bug so they sent in a ticket. META PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP! |

Sometimes the same notifications will keep popping up as new no matter what you do. The app is still useful, don't get me wrong, but it has some really annoying technical problems. Edit: I've changed my review from 3 stars to 2. The technical issues have gotten worse, not better, and it's so bad that the app frequently tells me to uninstall. |
| 2023-08-05 |  | | Garbage app. It is unusable, doesn't give you all the options for creating ads that you get from a desktop. Won't let you change location for ads. But this is no shock coming from Meta which seems to have a severe issue with continuity between it's apps and what get from desktop. What a joke, it changes layout every time you open it. Can't edit your location for showing ads. No wonder Facebook is losing ground to all other platforms. Still garbage. |
