All the permissions are there and it doesn't change my ringtone or notification tone,it's the same tone over and over

Was working great but for some reason it no longer appears as an option for my android sounds list? Not sure how to get it back? I have the monetized version but I may have to cancel if I can't get help to fix it.

Worked for a short while at the beginning. Now, it doesn't even randomize any of the ringtones, or doesn't even choose from the files and just plays default Samsung songs instead.
