| 2024-07-02 |  | | Game is fun and generous about VIP enough, however the in-game server merge kills the game totally. How can you enjoy the game if you will be playing with other older channels? It's much fun to have a competition first with your own channel. Merging of channel is not a good thing especially on new servers like imagine if you will play with that channel it's more likely pushing you to pay/top-up to catch-up instead on enjoying the game. Be considerate on merging your server. Will not recommend. |

This is a very heavy pay to win game and although it is free to play, you need to invest a good amount of money in order to get stronger quickly. The merging system is also weird and random and the looting system is so bad as it gets harder to get drops from bosses the higher level you are. |
| 2023-07-30 |  | | Been playing this game on S89 since the server opened. It's a good game and all but the lag since the server merge is just ridiculous. We're losing out on entire floor runs because of it. Myself it has now taken 3 heaven boss floors runs and 2 Nephalem boss floor runs. We disconnect and lose the entry. Not to mention how many times we disconnect while not on these floors. There's even times where I can't log in because it's lagging so bad the menu doesn't even show up. |

UPDATE: AFTER UNINSTALLING THE GAME THEN RE INSTALLED AGAIN TO SEE IF MY PROBLEMS WOULD BE SOLVED. BUT AFTER LOGGING IN MY CHARACTER JUST GOT DELETED.. There's not a tutorial since the game plays itself. It doesn't even give you a chance to get used to anything. I even logged earlier and automatically started in some event I didn't even enter and had no idea what was going on. My character was just running around killing people. I want to play a game. Not watch it. |

There is way to many glitches/freezes in game. I joined a guild before logging off, only to find I had to rejoin same guild like I never joined to begin with. I had to join same guild 3 times. Let alone the auto play goes by like a blink. Dang fix the game |
