The app was working great, but then it updated and deleted every one of my old labels I had worked on for a long time. They also got rid of all the old cite stickers like the little chicken and replaced them with over done ugly stickers that no one would use. The old stickers were cute, simplistic, and easy to incorporate, I've lost everything and now need to start over, which is ridiculous.

D E C A P R I O, 2024-08-16Use to be great, then they updated the app. I contacted the company with the issued (can't find paper after each print, not printing properly) and the company wouldn't do anything about the issues. Printer was less them 6 months old when this happened. Companies should stand behind their products & apps longer then this.
