| 2022-03-11 |  | | This app has not worked for me for months. When I go to check in and purchase a wash on the app it only gives me the highest dollar wash as an option. So I deal with it and I want to buy it and I scan the code on the wash. Then it just tells The wash code has already been used and I'm stuck. I've asked executive car wash about it on their support page 10 times and I get nowhere with it. My fiance has the same app on the same phone as mine and never has a problem with it but mine never works. |
| 2022-02-23 |  | | At a previous wash I left after completion and failed to hit wash complete on the app. Afterwards I upgraded to a new phone and factory defaulted the old phone. I came with the new phone and attempted to buy a wash but, it was repeatingly trying to use the previous wash purchase and not letting me clear it. I tried reinstalling app, no success. I tried loading $ on the app to bypass using card to was, failed. I then decided to buy a monthly club and it charged card not using pre loaded money. |
